There’s just something about vacation that makes matching with your person ten times more fun - and Cancun gave us all the sun, sand and style moments we needed. From colorful beachwear to coordinated dinner looks, we packed our bags with intention and a little playful flair. Whether it was a spontaneous photo op or a planned ‘fit moment, we kept the energy vibrant and the vibes perfectly in sync.

Floral & Flawless: Poolside in Perfect Sync

After landing in Cancún, we couldn’t wait to kick off vacation mode, so we threw on our matching black & white floral swimsuits (him in Chubbies and me in Lovers & Friends) and headed straight to the pool. We only had a few hours before sunset, but that was more than enough for a quick swim, some laughs and a mini photoshoot (obviously). Even with limited time, our coordinated look brought all the vacay vibes! Romantic, easy and effortlessly twinning - just the way we like it! We also made sure to snap of pic of our matching (temporary) tattoos - King and Queen. Yes we know we are seriously obnoxious! 😂

Golden Hour Glow: Our Welcome Night Style

For our first wedding event in Cancún, we stepped into vacation mode with a little extra flair. I wore a flowy yellow tiered floral dress by Lovers & Friends that caught the breeze and the sunset, with hints of pink and green dancing through the print. He matched the energy with a soft pink plaid button-down by Southern Tide and sleek Lululemon pants - casual, polished and just the right amount of dressy.

As the palm trees swayed and music floated in the background, we clinked our glasses at the Welcome Cocktail Reception, feeling completely at ease and completely in sync!

Mint to Be: Our Pastel Pool Moment

Day two had us back by the pool, and you know we couldn’t resist another matching moment! I slipped into a peachy strapless one-piece with a mint green wrap, pink matte hoops, and matching peach Goodr sunnies for that sweet, sun-soaked vibe. He wore tropical Chubbies trunks in peach, mint and a bold pop of purple-pink - effortlessly coordinating with my whole look without even trying (okay… maybe just a little). 😉

With the sun shining and poolside playlists on point, we sipped, swam and served pastel perfection all afternoon!

Birds of a Feather: Bold Looks & Bright Vibes

If there was ever a pool day for going all out, this was it! I wore a vibrant strapless one-piece featuring a colorful toucan front and center, bright stripes and fun cutouts on the sides - finished off with a cheeky touch of leopard print trim. He matched my tropical energy in hot pink Chubbies, complete with a turquoise trim that pulled everything together perfectly!

We were giving vacation maximalism in the best way - bold colors, wild prints and zero regrets! Toucan-approved and poolside-ready!

Purple Reign: The Wedding Look That Won It All

For the wedding, we knew we had to bring our A-game. And honestly? We ate! My dress was a dreamy ruched, fitted gown from House of CB in the most regal shade of purple, paired with a coordinating clutch and rhinestone statement earrings that shimmered in pink, purple and gold. And then came him in a lavender jacket, fitted purple plaid shirt, sleek gray Lulu pants and the floral tie of my dreams! Deep purples, tiny color echoes, and total fashion chemistry!

Everything tied together like it was meant to be - from the glints in his tie to the flecks in my earrings. It wasn’t just a look - it was a moment! And yes, we fully owned the outfit game that night (minus the bride and groom, of course 😉).

Palm Royale: Green Glam for Our Grand Finale

For our last night in Cancún, we dressed with intention - and just a little sparkle! I wore a stunning glittery green palm-print maxi by Show Me Your Mumu, complete with long sleeves and just the right amount of shimmer. He matched the tropical glam in a subtle sage green Travis Matthews polo, sharp black pants and crisp white accents that tied it all together.

We had a cozy, candlelit steak dinner in the VIP Club Lounge - just the two of us, reflecting on the memories we’d made all week long. The outfits may have been coordinated, but the vibes were effortless!

Cancún gave us sun, saltwater, and unforgettable memories, but matching outfits with my person might just be my favorite part! From poolside pastels to cocktail reception chic and coordinated wedding glam, every look told its own little story.
